John Marshall Ballroom Wedding Lighting & Drape<\/span><\/h3>\n

Memorial day weekend is always busy, and this year was no\u00a0exception as we had a number of lighting and drape events. So we\u00a0created this time lapse for one of our Sunday weddings<\/a> with CCS Events<\/a> to show you some of the craziness. Our crew\u00a0creates a\u00a0drape backdrop to cut the room in half for the ceremony, and CCS staff preps tables\u00a0for the reception. \u00a0Sheer champagne gathers and amber uplights complete the look. \u00a0We also place amber uplights around the ballroom and hang pin spots and wash lighting for the ceiling in the balcony above. The wash lighting adds a warm amber glow and washes over the room.<\/span><\/p>\n

Once the ceremony is over, there is a short window during cocktail hour for the event staff to reset the room. CCS staff relocates tables and chiavari chairs and LSC techs clear out the drape. The room changeover is completed with plenty of time to spare.<\/span><\/p>\n
